We believe that the way to ensure customer satisfaction is to offer top quality new bar supply product(s) along with an uncommon level of customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our bartending supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is non refundable). Please notify us prior to returning your order at info@newyorkbarstore.co.uk and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and return authorization number.

NewYorkBarStore.co.uk strives for prompt shipping. All prepaid (non-check) orders of in stock items ship within 1 business day. Orders paid for by check will take longer to ship, as we will have to wait for the check to clear prior to shipping. We utilize both the Royal Mail and DHL. Most orders arrive within two to seven business days. If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at info@newyorkbarstore.co.uk and list "DELAYED SHIPMENT" in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours. As part of our continued commitment to exceptional customer service, for any items out of stock in our UK warehouse, we will ship from our US warehouse at NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE, so as to expedite delivery of your order. Keep in mind this may take a few extra days to arrive and may be subject to duties depending on local regulation and total order value. Additionally, should you order via our UK site to a location that we can better service shipping from our US facility, we will automatically redirect the order to this warehouse to expedite your shipping.

International Orders: Shipping charges for orders outside of Europe are estimated charges. We offer a 10% grace on shipping, and may request additional funds before release of goods.

Due to a rise in international credit card fraud, we reserve the right to withhold international orders where the billing information does not match the ship to information until the purchase has been confirmed by the buyer.

Backorders: While no one likes backorders, occassionally we will run out of stock on an item before taking down from the store. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email with tracking by end of next business day, feel free to email us for a status. If this is a multiple item order, we will typically split the order at no additional charge for domestic orders to expedite your delivery. However, depending on the order size, back in stock date, or for any international order, we will hold until the remainder of the order is in stock.
